After years of seeing customers confused, overcharged, or taken advantage of, we grew tired of watching people get ripped off — often simply because they didn’t know any better or felt they had no choice. Too many repairs were rushed, unnecessary work was pushed, and trust was treated as optional. We knew there had to be a better way.
